StreamNexus Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to the StreamNexus desktop app and its release distribution.
1. Use of StreamNexus
StreamNexus is a Windows desktop app for Twitch and YouTube stream monitoring, notifications, and multiview playback. Users are responsible for using StreamNexus in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of each connected service.
2. Twitch, Google, and YouTube integrations
When using YouTube integration, users also agree to:
StreamNexus uses only the read-only YouTube OAuth scope

StreamNexus does not upload, delete, edit, or manage YouTube videos, comments, playlists, or channels.
3. Restrictions
Users must not use StreamNexus to:
- Violate connected service terms or API policies.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Share or expose API keys, OAuth client secrets, OAuth tokens, or other credentials.
- Send abusive or excessive requests to external APIs.
- Infringe the privacy, security, or rights of others.
4. Availability and external services
StreamNexus depends on external APIs, OAuth providers, streaming platforms, operating system behavior, and Electron. Features may stop working or require updates when those external systems change.
5. Changes
StreamNexus may update these terms when app functionality, release operations, or compliance requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, when appropriate, in release notes or the app UI.
